Prior to joining Mercer Street, Taylor was Vice President of Development for SomeraRoad helping oversee all aspects of their ground up development projects in Nashville. He led the design and entitlement of three towers totaling close to $1BN of total development costs on a five-acre mixed used site. Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Taylor was a Senior Development Associate at Vornado Realty Trust where he was an integral member of the team leading the redevelopment of the Penn District, including the Moynihan Train Hall, 1 Penn Plaza, 2 Penn Plaza and the LIRR Concourse redevelopment projects. In addition, he led the $50M repositioning of a historic asset in San Francisco and spearheaded hospitality projects like the Pennsy Food Hall and the Caldwell Factory event space.

Taylor holds a BS in Architectural Design from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
