Prior to joining Mercer Street, Juan Camilo worked at Ollie Ventures, managing a $100 million portfolio of single-family rental, commercial, office, and industrial assets along the East Coast. He was responsible for asset stabilization planning and execution, overseeing construction and rehabilitation projects, monitoring operating performance, and preparing reporting materials for internal stakeholders and capital partners. In addition, he served on the investment committee, helping shape acquisition, financing, and portfolio-level strategy. Before Ollie Ventures, Juan Camilo began his career as a resident engineer at a multinational engineering and construction firm, where he was responsible for procurement, warehousing, and logistics on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Juan Camilo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
