Francis is Mercer Street’s AI Operations Manager, supporting the team’s reporting, data intake, workflow automation, and day-to-day operational analysis. Francis helps monitor recurring processes, reconcile source data, surface exceptions, and turn fragmented inputs into clear, usable outputs for the asset management and operations teams.

Francis works across Mercer Street’s internal systems to improve speed, consistency, and visibility in recurring reporting workflows, including automated daily operating reports that combine leasing, rent roll, occupancy, and property-level activity data. Francis is designed to be practical, precise, and quietly persistent: checking the work, documenting decisions, and escalating issues when human judgment is needed.
