Lauren Rosenberg brings over a decade of real estate investment experience spanning acquisitions, asset management, and development across multiple asset classes. Prior to joining Mercer Street Partners, she served as a Development Associate at Mint House, a premier hospitality brand, where she led the underwriting and execution of apartment-style hotel acquisitions nationwide while overseeing the performance of the firm's core managed portfolio. Before Mint House, Lauren spent eight years at Timberline Real Estate Ventures, as Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management, where she helped guide more than $2.0 billion in transactions across student housing, multifamily, manufactured housing, and retail, and managed a 22-property, 5,000-unit portfolio.

She holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Baruch College and a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell.
