Michele brings over 20 years of experience in asset and property management and oversees Mercer’s third-party management companies across the portfolio. She has worked with large real estate firms such as Fairfield, Windsor, and Alliance Residential. Always focused on maximizing value and driving results, Michele has managed over 15,000 residential / mixed-use units across 12 states in more than 25 cities.  She brings extensive experience in repositioning distressed assets, construction management, team leadership, and implementing creative operational strategies.

Michele holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
