Prior to joining Mercer Street, Sandra worked at Hampshire Properties, overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions of a portfolio of 3,000 multi-family units. She was responsible for managing complex financial processes related to the property portfolio, financial statement preparation and providing accurate reporting to stakeholders. Before joining Hampshire Properties, Sandra worked at Grenadier Reality Corp. where she oversaw all aspects of the financial operations of a portfolio of 2,500 muti-family units, which comprised of public and private housing. She was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisted with implementing robust internal control systems. Prior to joining Grenadier Realty Corp, Sandra held a position in public accounting where she planned, performed, and supervised audits engagements, and prepared audited financial statements as well as tax returns for a variety of clientele.

Sandra graduated from St. John’s University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
