Prior to joining Mercer Street Partners, Jhonatan worked at Proper AI, where he managed financial reporting for a large portfolio of property management assets. He was responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing monthly and annual closings, analyzing variances and budget performance, and ensuring the accuracy of key accounting processes to support informed decision-making. Previously, Jhonatan gained extensive experience in treasury and financial operations, where he led cash management, monitored liquidity, and developed financial reports and KPIs to support operational and strategic planning.

Jhonatan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an Associate Degree in IFRS.
