Josh supports the acquisitions and asset management functions at Mercer Street, including underwriting new investment opportunities as well as working to improve the firm’s existing assets. Prior to joining Mercer Street, Josh spent over six years as an institutional equity trader at Credit Suisse, most recently as Vice President. During this tenure, Josh specialized in various sectors including REITs & Homebuilders, Consumer, and Merger Arbitrage, generating $58 million in gross proceeds over the last three years through strategic client engagement and thoughtful risk trading.

Josh holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University and an MS in Real Estate from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
